Delivery of Digital Products
At Forex Expert Eas, all products are delivered digitally. Once your order is successfully completed, you will receive an email containing your product download link. Please note that we do not ship any physical items.
Delivery Timeframes:
Instant Delivery (95% of Products):
Most of our products are delivered within 1 minute after payment confirmation. Kindly check your email inbox for the download link. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
Pre-Order / Special Products (5% of Products):
Some items may require additional processing time. In such cases, delivery may take a few hours but will not exceed 12 hours. The estimated delivery time will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
How to Access Your Product:

- Secure Checkout: Complete your payment using our safe payment system.
- Receive Email: A download link will be sent to your registered email address.
- Download & Use: Download your product and start using it instantly.

Refund Policy
At Forex Expert Eas, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you encounter technical issues with any of our digital products, we are here to assist you. Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to your original payment method.
Our refund policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund.

- The product (EA, Indicator, or Script) fails to attach to the trading chart (for non-DLL products).
- Errors or warnings appear in the Experts or Journal tab after proper installation.
- The product asks for a license key or activation despite being provided as unlocked.
- Any other verified technical issue confirmed by our support team.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- You are not satisfied with the product after purchase.
- The product does not meet your expected performance or results.
- Indicators lag, repaint, or behave differently than expected.
- You mistakenly purchased the wrong product.
- You did not achieve desired trading profits or outcomes.

Late or Missing Refunds
